I’m Rie, Rie Bredow, Founder and Director of Rie Care, wife, Mum of two, while also living with an Autoimmune Disease and a few other disabilities that impact my day-to-day life.
This lived experience has given me a passion for nursing and support care, beginning in 2006 in Medical Administration, before becoming an Assistant In Nursing with a Cert III in Aged Care Work.
My work took me overseas, where I completed an Office Manager Apprenticeship while working as an AIN. And upon returning to Australia, I completed a Diploma in Health Studies.
My years of industry experience motivated me to create a community which offers care and support to everyone. Whether you need assistance with cleaning, personal care or simply companionship, Rie Care Home and Community Services is available to all.
We place the utmost importance on each member of our community feeling seen and heard. Not just when it comes to our clients, but also our Staff. We ensure that our team is working in an environment in which they feel happy, safe, and valued.
